Canning Classes with Carol Lang are a time of fellowship and food prep! Carol's Canners create tasty jars of jams, jellies, salsas, pickled veggies, nut butters, sauces, and syrups. The products are sold at the Colts Neck Reformed Church's Election Day Craft Bazaar, and the proceeds support local charities (participants also take home a few delicious jars to enjoy for themselves).

Fruit of the Spirit Workshops nourish your bodies, minds, and spirits through nutritious foods. Depending on the activity, participants prepare baked goods, cook meals, make smoothies, etc. These workshops provide up-to-date education about healthy eating, and delicious goodies to feed our souls.
